Planning approval for new dwellings in Lambeth

Really pleased that planning permission has finally been approved today for our application (reference 18/02375/FUL) in Lambeth for the replacement of existing garages on a backland site in Streatham, Lambeth, following rather lengthy discussions to finalise the s106 agreement.

Having been instructed by the architect to provide initial advice regarding a previous scheme, which was withdrawn following receipt of negative feedback from planning officers, I was able to provide ongoing support to the architect and client throughout the planning process for the new scheme.

By providing a supporting planning statement for the new application justifying the development, providing ongoing feedback & advice and responding to officer’s comments, I was able to help the client team with the application process and ultimately gain approval through delegated powers.
